Job Opening: Body Shop Advisor (Automobile)

We are hiring an experienced Body Shop Advisor to manage customer interaction, insurance coordination, and smooth execution of accident repair jobs while ensuring quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery.

Location: Jugiana, Ludhiana
Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Body Shop Advisor

Education Qualification:

• Graduation mandatory

Candidate Requirement:

• Male candidate required

• Strong communication and coordination skills
  

Job Description:

The Body Shop Advisor will act as a key link between customers, insurance companies, and the workshop team. The role involves damage assessment, job card preparation, repair estimation, insurance claim coordination, and ensuring timely and quality vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand accident repair requirements

• Conduct vehicle damage assessment and prepare accurate job cards

• Prepare repair estimates (insurance & customer pay)

• Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for approvals

• Ensure smooth workflow between body shop, paint shop, and parts team

• Regularly follow up on repair progress and update customers

• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery

• Manage timely delivery of vehicles as per committed TAT

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

• Maintain proper documentation and update details in DMS/software
  

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent customer handling and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of body repair and paint processes

• Insurance claim handling and coordination expertise

• Estimation, follow-ups, and TAT management

• Basic computer and DMS knowledge
