Job Description – Workshop In-Charge

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workshop In-Charge to manage daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, ensure service quality and timely vehicle delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians.

• Supervise servicing, repairs, diagnostics and quality checks.

• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize repeat repairs.

• Manage technicians, job cards, spare parts coordination and workshop cleanliness.

• Monitor productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Handle technical issues and customer escalations.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of two-wheeler service experience.

• Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle servicing and diagnostics.

• Experience with premium bikes and superbikes preferred.

• Good team management, communication and problem-solving skills.
