We are looking for a After sales service in-charge to join our team at Hrta Planning Network Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Visit the Merchant Place & install the machines

Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues

Produce frequent and analytical service report

Formulate relationships of trust with customers

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
