Job Description – Teacher (7th to 12th STD)

Position: Teacher / Faculty

Location: Yavatmal

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Teaching

Teach students from 7th to 12th standard with clear and effective explanations.

Deliver concept-based and engaging teaching to improve student understanding.

2. Seminars & Workshops

Participate in student seminars, workshops, and academic sessions.

Support awareness sessions and student development programs in schools.

3. Student Guidance

Guide students in study methods, exam preparation, and time management.

Motivate students to improve academic performance and discipline.

4. Academic Preparation

Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice tests.

Conduct revision classes and doubt-solving sessions.

5. Student Performance Tracking

Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

6. Parent Interaction

Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic support when required.

Required Skills

Strong subject knowledge

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle students effectively

Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject

Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
