Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Trainer to provide training to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) preparing for pre-recruitment competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching and communication skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for PwD candidates preparing for pre-recruitment competitive exams.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different disabilities and learning abilities.

• Explain concepts clearly using simple, structured, and engaging teaching techniques.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice tests.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.

• Handle students with patience, sensitivity, and professionalism.

• Use computers and digital tools effectively for teaching and record-keeping.

• Maintain attendance, performance records, and reports using MS Office tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching or training students for competitive / pre-recruitment exams.

• Prior experience working with PwD candidates or inclusive classrooms is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills.

• Good technical knowledge of relevant subjects.

• Proficient in computer applications, including:

  • MS Word

  • MS Excel

  • MS PowerPoint

  • Email and internet usage

• Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-graduation in a relevant field.

• Training or certification in special education / inclusive education is an added advantage.

Full-time

Salary : 12000 to 30000/ month , Negotiable as per experience
