Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer to teach students preparing for pre-recruitment competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and teaching skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively handle and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training for students preparing for pre-recruitment competitive exams.

• Explain concepts clearly and effectively using appropriate teaching methodologies.

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and practice exercises.

• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.

• Handle student queries and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Use computers and digital tools effectively for teaching and administration.

• Maintain records, attendance, and reports using MS Office tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching or training students for competitive / pre-recruitment exams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills.

• Good technical knowledge related to the subject area.

• Ability to handle students patiently and professionally.

• Proficient in computer applications, including:

  • MS Word

  • MS Excel

  • MS PowerPoint

  • Email & internet usage

• Knowledgeable, well-organized, and result-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in coaching institutes or training centers is an advantage.

Job Type:

Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

Salary : 12000-30000, Negotiable as per experience
