Responsibility: 

Delivering practical and theoretical training for the Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) program as per SCGJ curriculum, ensuring trainees acquire the skills to install, test, and maintain solar PV systems safely and efficiently.

Conduct classroom and field training sessions on solar PV installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Demonstrate use of solar tools, instruments, and safety equipment.
• Guide trainees through site survey, system design interpretation, and installation procedures.
• Evaluate trainee performance through practical and theoretical assessments.
• Maintain training lab/equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and assist in certification and documentation processes.
