We are looking for a Trainer to join our team at Institute of Advance Network Technology with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical training programs for employees and students.

• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, tutorials, and assessments.

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.

• Explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

• Assess learners' knowledge through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.

• Provide technical guidance and support to trainees during and after training.

• Update training content to reflect new technologies, software releases, and industry trends.

• Track trainee progress, maintain training records, and prepare performance reports.

• Gather participant feedback and continuously improve training programs.
