Job Summary:
The Boxing Trainer designs and leads boxing training sessions for individuals or groups. They teach proper boxing techniques, develop fitness programs, monitor progress, and motivate clients to achieve their goals while maintaining a safe training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach boxing fundamentals, including stance, footwork, punches, defense, and combinations.

• Develop personalized training programs based on clients' fitness levels and goals.

• Conduct warm-up, conditioning, strength, and endurance exercises.

• Supervise sparring sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Correct technique and provide constructive feedback.

• Track client progress and adjust training plans as needed.

• Prepare competitive boxers for amateur or professional matches.

• Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.

• Maintain boxing equipment and ensure the training area is clean and safe.

• Motivate and encourage clients to improve performance and confidence.
