Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Robotic Teachers to deliver our innovative STEM Robotics add-on program in agreed partner schools. As our direct employee, you will work during school hours to teach engaging lessons using our provided robotic kits, books, assembly & software guides, and training. The program targets students in grades 3-9, focusing on hands-on, fun exploration to spark curiosity in robotics, coding, and STEM concepts. Your role ensures smooth program delivery, kit maintenance, assessments, and outstanding student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive robotics lessons as per our structured lesson plans, using provided kits, books, assembly guides, and software tools during school hours.

• Make learning fun and exploratory for grades 3-9 students through hands-on activities, experiments, and group projects that build understanding of STEM principles.

• Conduct exams using question papers provided by us, perform corrections, maintain student books/notes, and track progress to achieve excellent results.

• Properly maintain and organize robotic kits, ensuring all components are clean, functional, and ready for each session.

• Follow our comprehensive training guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across sessions.

• Collaborate with school staff to integrate sessions seamlessly into the school timetable and foster a positive learning environment.

• Report student performance, kit status, and program feedback to our team regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or related field (B.Ed. or teaching certification preferred).

• 1-2 years of experience in teaching STEM, robotics, or hands-on education (freshers with passion for STEM welcome).

• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil; ability to engage young learners (ages 8-15) in a fun, interactive way.

• Comfortable with basic robotics assembly, software tools (e.g., block-based coding), and classroom management.

• Resident of Coimbatore district; reliable during school hours (typically 9 AM - 5PM, Monday-Saturday).

• Enthusiasm for STEM education and commitment to student success.
