Job Title: Spoken English Trainer

Location: English Caffe Greater Noida

Job Summary:

English Caffe is looking for a passionate and energetic Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English communication skills. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, encourage students to speak confidently, and create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.

• Improve students' speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons using role plays, discussions, activities, and presentations.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

• Motivate students to practice English both inside and outside the classroom.

• Maintain attendance, class records, and student performance reports.

• Participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities organized by English Caffe.

• Follow the institute's teaching methodology and maintain high academic standards.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.

• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
