Cosmi Connect Solutions is looking for a dynamic GIS Trainer to lead our technical education initiatives. We need a professional who doesn't just know the data, but knows how to inspire others to use it. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training modules on spatial analysis, cartography, and GIS software to help our clients and team bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, and ArcGIS Online.

Data Management: Strong understanding of spatial databases (PostGIS/SQL), coordinate systems, and remote sensing principles.

Training Excellence: Proven experience in curriculum development and the ability to explain complex geoprocessing workflows to beginners and advanced users alike.

Technical Versatility: Familiarity with Python (ArcPy/PyQGIS) for automation and ModelBuilder for workflow efficiency.

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to create engaging manuals, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises.

Education: A degree in Geography, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field, supplemented by at least 2+ years of professional GIS experience.
