JOB DESCRIPTION – TRAINER

Position

Trainer – Textile Production & Machine Training

Job Purpose

To train new and existing workers in company production processes, machine operations, quality standards, and workplace procedures. The Trainer will ensure that employees understand the correct working methods and can perform their duties safely, efficiently, and with good quality.

Key Training Areas

The Trainer will provide training in:

• Checking / Quality Checking

• Beads Work

• EMD Work

• Jarkan Work

• EMD Machine Parts & Operations

• Jarkan Machine Parts & Operations

• Proper machine handling and basic operating procedures

• Production quality and company standards

• Workplace safety and discipline

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct practical training for new workers and employees.

2. Explain production processes clearly and demonstrate the correct working method.

3. Provide hands-on training for Beads, EMD and Jarkan work.

4. Train employees on EMD and Jarkan machine parts and operations.

5. Check trainee performance and identify areas requiring improvement.

6. Maintain training records and monitor trainee progress.

7. Ensure workers follow company quality standards and production procedures.

8. Teach proper machine handling, safety precautions and workplace discipline.

9. Coordinate with supervisors and production departments regarding employee training requirements.

10. Give refresher training whenever required.

11. Help improve worker productivity, quality and working skills.

12. Report training progress, worker performance and training requirements to management.

13. Ensure new employees understand company rules, safety procedures and work expectations.

Preferred Candidate

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred

• Textile or production-related experience will be an advantage.

• Practical knowledge of Beads, EMD, Jarkan and Checking preferred.

• Basic knowledge of EMD and Jarkan machines and their parts.

• Good communication and teaching ability.

• Patient and responsible while training workers.

• Willing to work as part of a team.

• Candidate should be serious about building a long-term career with the company.
