ABHIGYAN SANSTHAN
Position: Academic / Subject Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Academic Teacher to join Abhigyan Sansthan. The position requires designing lesson plans, providing subject-focused guidance, and helping students achieve their educational and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and design effective lesson plans according to students’ learning needs.
Provide subject-focused teaching and tutoring sessions.
Track students’ academic progress and share regular updates.
Motivate students through constructive feedback and guidance.
Train students in effective study and examination skills.
Help students prepare effectively for tests and examinations.
Encourage group discussions and collaborative learning.
Create a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment.
Identify students’ learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: B.Ed. / Relevant Teaching Qualification
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Strong student-handling and mentoring abilities.
Leadership skills and a positive attitude towards teaching.
Knowledge of test preparation and effective study techniques will be an advantage.
Ability to understand individual learning needs and support students accordingly.
