Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons as per curriculum and academic calendar
Teach assigned subjects using interactive and learner-centric methods
Assess students’ learning through tests, assignments, and observations
Maintain accurate academic and attendance records
Provide individual attention and support to diverse learners
Foster discipline, values, and positive behavior in students
Communicate effectively with parents and school management
Integrate technology and innovative teaching tools in the classroom
Participate in curriculum development, meetings, and training programs
Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Post-Graduate with B.Ed / D.El.Ed
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred)
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools
