Job Responsibilities

✅ Teach spoken and written English to students.

✅ Conduct interactive classroom sessions.

✅ Support students in improving communication and employability skills.

✅ Track student attendance and learning progress.

✅ Participate in training and development programs.

✅ Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Graduate from a recognized university.

✔ Basic spoken and written English skills.

✔ Basic computer knowledge.

✔ Passion for teaching and working with youth.

✔ Willingness to relocate to rural branch locations.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Starting Salary: ₹14,500 per month

📈 Salary Increase: ₹16,500 per month from the 2nd year

🏠 House Rent Support: Up to ₹3,000 per month

🚍 Travelling Allowance

🏥 ESI Medical Benefits for Employee and Family

🎁 Annual Bonus: Up to ₹22,000

Training Benefits

🎓 Free professional training worth ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 (fully sponsored by FEA)
