Salary & Earning Potential

In-hand Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 (based on performance and contribution)

Total Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Teach students effectively as per the school curriculum

Maintain discipline and manage the classroom efficiently

Focus on students’ academic, moral, and personal development

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and communication skills among students

Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions

Participate in school promotional and advertisement activities

Coordinate with school management and follow school policies

Support extracurricular and school-related activities when required

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Skills Required:

Good communication skills

Ability to handle and guide children patiently

Basic teaching aptitude and willingness to learn

Language Requirements

Proficiency in Hindi and English
