Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and empathetic Play Facilitators to guide children through open-ended, science-backed learning activities across our curated zones (Build, Solve, Art, and Physical play). Your goal is to spark curiosity, boost cognitive milestones, and ensure children play safely.

Key Responsibilities

• __Child Engagement_•: Guide children (aged 1–8 years) through architectural blocks, puzzles, and sensory crafts without micro-managing their independent play.

• ⁠_Safety Oversight_: Monitor children closely across active and physical play zones to guarantee a 100% safe, zero-injury environment.

• ⁠_Studio Maintenance_: Ensure toys, Lego tables, and art supplies are systematically reset, organized, and sanitized between play slots.

• ⁠_Weekend Energy_: Maintain high enthusiasm during weekends (Saturday & Sunday), which are our peak, high-footfall days.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 0–5 years working in early childhood education, activity centers, indoor play zones, or event hosting. Passionate freshers are welcome!

• ⁠_Core Skills_: Excellent patience, high energy, clear communication in English, and a genuine love for working with children.

• ⁠_Punctuality_: Must arrive on time for every single shift. Delayed arrivals disrupt the studio's schedule.
