About Us:

INDIS SCHOOL is a new age school focused on child-centric learning and mental well-being.

Position: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher/ Upper Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be highly punctual and attentive in class, assembly and school duties.

2. Provide individual care and attention to every child whenever possible, understanding each child's learning pace.

3. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

4. Prioritize every child's mental health, emotional well-being and self-esteem along with academics.

5. Also prioritize your own well-being and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

6. Be very patient with children, co-staff, and management.

7. Communicate regularly with parents about child's progress.

8. Plan lessons, activities and assessments as per school curriculum.

Required Qualification & Skills:

- •Education:• NTT / Montessori ( Pre-Primary )

D.El.Ed (Primary)

B.Ed / M.Ed (Upper Primary)

- Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in a school (Freshers with B.Ed/M.Ed with excellent skills can also apply)

- Language: Must speak English very well - fluent, clear communication

- Core Qualities: Punctuality, Empathy, Patience, Child-loving nature

- Other: Basic computer knowledge, creative teaching methods

What We Offer:

- Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month (Based on qualification & interview)

- Timings: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
