Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Shadow teacher to join our team with a strong background in one or more academic subjects. The tutor/teacher will be responsible to develop lesson plans and teach students according to their educational needs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000 and career growth opportunities. Freshers are also welcome who are lookingto kickstart in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tutoring sessions for students in various subjects.
Assess, track and report on student progress.
Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.
Teach students study skills, note-taking skills and test-taking strategies.
Prepare students for standardized tests and examinations.
Encourage interactive and collaborative learning in sessions.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Location: ThaneSchool/Workplace: School + HomeBoard - CBSE Time - 6 hours SchoolRemedial Hours - 2 to 2:30 hoursWorking Days: 5 Days a Week / Alternate Saturday Working Hours - School Hours / Remedial Hours Start Date: Immediate Joining Duration : 1 Year / 6 Months Qualification: Graduate in any field / Psychology PreferredExperience: Experienced or FresherLanguage Requirement: English Fluency is Compulsory.Travelling Expense will be provided.
