Teacher Job – FEA (Freedom Employability Academy)

About FEA:
FEA is a charitable trust providing free education (English, digital skills, employability) to youth (18+) across North India.

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream)

• Basic English communication

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹14,500/month (1st year) → ₹16,500/month (after performance)

• Bonuses up to ₹22,000

• Training will be provided.

• Petrol + accommodation allowance

• Paid leave + medical insurance

Responsibilities:

• Teach students (English + digital skills)

• Take 3 classes daily

• Handle basic admin work

Job Details:

• Full-time | 6 days/week

• 8 hours (split shift)

• Location: Assigned by FEA

Training:

• Compulsory residential training in Lucknow for 1 month

• Stipend ₹250/day + free food, stay & travel

Note:

• Freshers welcome

• Strict discipline (no dishonesty/substance use)
