Job Description (Key Points):

Responsibilities:

• Travel to nearby villages to teach students

• Mobilize and enroll new students to reach 60+ per branch

• Conduct 3 daily sessions (2.5 hours each, ~20 students per session)

• Handle ~30 minutes of administrative tasks daily

• Ensure full engagement with curriculum (English, digital skills, employability)

• Attend training at Lucknow Staff Training Campus (Gahru)

• Periodic refresher training every 2–3 months based on performance

Job Details:

• Full-time position

• 6 working days per week

• 8-hour workday (split shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

• Work location assigned by the organization

Training Details:

• Mandatory residential training in Lucknow

• Duration: 40–90 days (based on individual performance)

• Training schedule: Monday–Saturday (Sunday off)

• Free meals, accommodation, and sleeper-class train ticket provided

• Daily stipend of ₹250 (paid weekly via bank transfer)

• No other academic/job commitments allowed during training

• Zero tolerance policy for dishonesty (strict audits; termination for violations)

• No tobacco, alcohol, or intoxicants allowed at campus or workplace

• It is a Full Time గురువు / బోధకుడు job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
