Key Responsibilities

Pre-Exam Duties

Report to the examination center on time.
Prepare the examination lab before the exam begins.
Verify candidate identity using the Admit Card and valid Government ID.
Guide candidates to their assigned workstations.
Explain examination rules and instructions.

During the Examination

Monitor candidates throughout the examination.
Ensure compliance with examination policies and procedures.
Prevent cheating, malpractice, or any unauthorized activities.
Report any suspicious behavior to the Centre In-Charge.
Coordinate with the Technical Support Team in case of system or login issues.
Maintain a calm, disciplined, and secure examination environment.

Post-Exam Duties

Ensure all candidates complete and submit their examination properly.
Verify attendance and examination records.
Complete required documentation and reports.
Assist in closing the examination session as per standard operating procedures.
