HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer

About the Role

We are hiring an HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer for our Bengaluru Head Office.
The role involves conducting induction, soft-skills, company culture and POSH awareness training for employees at the Head Office and zonal locations across Karnataka.

The candidate should be confident in presenting, explaining topics clearly and engaging employees through practical examples, activities and interactive discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction, soft-skills and company culture training, including OPPO Karnataka’s Culture Odyssey programme.

• Explain company values, professional communication, workplace discipline and expected behaviour through activities, role-plays and practical examples.

• Deliver POSH awareness training, covering company policy, the ICC structure, reporting procedures, employee rights and responsibilities, and respectful workplace behaviour.

• Coordinate training schedules with HR, department heads and zonal managers; travel to zonal locations across Karnataka as required.

• Prepare and update training presentations, case studies, activities and handouts.

• Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and completion records; share training reports and areas for improvement with HR and management.

• Support employee engagement, workplace awareness and employee development programmes for Head Office and zonal teams.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organisational Development or a related field.

• Experience in corporate training, HR training, Learning & Development or employee training.

• Excellent communication, presentation and public-speaking skills, with the ability to conduct engaging sessions for employees from different departments and backgrounds.

• Strong spoken fluency in Kannada & English (Mandatory) is highly preferred, along with good English communication for reports and training materials.

• Experience in induction, behavioural training, HR policy training, POSH awareness or company culture training is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

• Ability to handle sensitive workplace topics with maturity, professionalism and confidentiality.

• Willingness to travel to zonal locations according to training requirements.
