Life Skills Trainer – Hyderabad

Location: Narayanaguda, Hyderabad

Department: Life Skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Life Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions for school students and teachers. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' life skills and supporting teachers through professional growth and communication training.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging Life Skills and Soft Skills sessions for school students.

Develop students' communication, confidence, leadership, teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Conduct interactive activities, discussions, games, and experiential learning sessions.

Conduct training sessions for teachers on professional growth, communication skills, classroom communication, and professional behavior etc.

Facilitate workshops and development sessions for teachers and students.

Coordinate with teachers and school authorities for effective implementation of Life Skills programs.

Support school activities, competitions, projects, and special programs.

Observe participants, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.

Maintain session records, reports, and other required documentation.

Follow the Life Skills curriculum, training guidelines, and schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Confident in conducting sessions for both students and teachers.

Strong facilitation and classroom management skills.

Energetic, creative, and comfortable conducting activity-based sessions.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Teaching, training, counselling, or soft-skills training experience is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
