Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employees’ interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills. The trainer will work closely with HR and management to identify training needs and provide effective learning solutions that improve workplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver soft skills training programs for employees and new hires.

Conduct training on topics such as:

Communication Skills

Personality Development

Leadership Skills

Team Building

Time Management

Conflict Resolution
Mail Drafting
Mock Interview

Workplace Etiquette

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.

Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.

Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions.

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

Provide coaching and mentoring to candidates when needed.

Keep training content updated with industry trends and best practices.
