We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at Aijs Management & Mera Jobsathi Private Limited with expertise in one or more academic subjects. In this position, you will create lesson plans and guide students based on their learning needs. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparcs patient care assignment.
2. Assists staff in planning nursing care.
3. Arranges duty hours for professional and non professional staff.
4. Co-ordinates and facilitates work of para medical staff.
5. Evaluntos patient care given.
6. Gives orlentation to new staff,
7. Accompanics the Medical Officor during the Ward rounds.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Strong leadership skills and experience in areas like test preparation & special education are highly desirable.
