Role Summary:
The Content & Communication Executive is responsible for building and maintaining the school’s brand image through strategic digital content. The role focuses on showcasing the school’s unique learning environment, curriculum, and student outcomes to attract and engage prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and create engaging photos, videos, and reels of classroom activities and school events
Showcase the school’s student-friendly and unique learning environment through creative storytelling
Highlight the school’s differentiators and unique features compared to other institutions
Present and promote the school’s curriculum (IB, IGCSE, AS & A Levels) in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner
Share student achievements, success stories, and global pathways (higher education and careers abroad)
Stakeholder Engagement:
Create content that connects with parents and builds trust in the school’s approach
Highlight student growth, learning outcomes, and classroom experiences for parent visibility
Support communication that strengthens relationships with the parent community and other stakeholders
Content Planning & Strategy:
Plan and maintain a structured social media calendar for consistent posting
Align content with school events, campaigns, and admission cycles
Ensure timely and relevant content delivery across all platforms
Manage and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares, views)
Continuously optimize content based on insights, trends, and audience behavior
Key Objective:
To position the school as a modern, student-friendly, and globally focused institution by effectively communicating its environment, curriculum, and student success stories—ultimately driving engagement and increasing admissions.
Tools & Platforms Used:
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Video Editing Tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut), Analytics Tools, Canva, Gsuite.
