Job Title: Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6–7)

Organization: Sharma Ji Smart Classes

We are looking for a dedicated and confident teacher for Classes 6–7 to join our team at Sharma Ji Smart Classes. The candidate should have strong command over Mathematics, Science, English Grammar, and Social Science, and should be comfortable teaching in both Hindi and English medium.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular and well-structured classes

- Prepare lesson plans according to the syllabus

- Monitor and report students’ academic progress

- Conduct regular tests and assessments

- Maintain classroom discipline

- Motivate students through positive feedback

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduation (Final year students may apply)

2-5 years of teaching experience preferred

Strong subject knowledge (especially Mathematics and Science)

Ability to handle a batch of 15–25 students confidently

Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand salary: ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

One-month probation period

Performance-based increment after probation
