We are looking for a Special Child Education Teacher to join our team Sun Jupiter International School, at Jaraganahalli, JP Nagar 6th phase, Bangalore: 560078.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Planning: Evaluate student needs, create IEPs, set specific goals, and adapt curriculum for diverse learning, emotional, physical, or mental disabilities.

• Instruction: Teach core subjects, life skills, and adaptive techniques, modifying general education lessons for students with mild to severe needs.

• Collaboration: Partner with general education teachers, parents, counselors, therapists (speech, occupational), and administrators.

• Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, update IEPs, and report progress to stakeholders.

• Support & Mentoring: Provide emotional support, teach self-confidence, independence, and social skills, and mentor teacher assistants.

• Transition Planning: Prepare students for grade-to-grade and school-to-life transitions.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Expertise in special education methodologies and behavior management.

·         Ability to think critically and problem-solve.

 Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Degree in Special Child Education. Fresher and experiences both can apply for this job.

Salary: Between 15000 to 25000 (per month). Depend on the skills and experiences of the candidate.
