JOB PROFILE – SCHOOL COORDINATOR

Position: School Coordinator

Reports To: Principal / Management

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily academic and school activities.

- Monitor lesson plans, worksheets, syllabus completion, assessments, and student progress.

- Supervise teacher attendance, punctuality, classroom teaching, and assigned duties.

- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.

- Coordinate PTMs and communicate with parents regarding routine academic and behavioural matters.

- Organise examinations, competitions, assemblies, celebrations, and other school events.

- Ensure proper implementation of school rules, policies, and academic standards.

- Maintain coordination between the Principal, teachers, office staff, students, and parents.

- Identify problems and report important academic or administrative issues to the Principal.

- Support the school in maintaining a modern, disciplined, and value-based learning environment.

Required Skills

- Graduate; B.Ed. preferred.

- School teaching/coordination experience preferred.

- Good communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Professional, responsible, punctual, and student-friendly.
