School coordinator

The Training & Campus Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing student training programs, coordinating campus placement activities, building industry relationships, and ensuring maximum student placements. The role involves close coordination with students, trainers, HR teams of companies, and internal management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Placement Coordination

• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and corporate HR teams.

• Schedule and organize campus interviews, placement drives, and job fairs.

• Ensure students are prepared and eligible before interviews.

• Track placement records and maintain placement data reports.

• Follow up with companies for feedback and offer letters.

2. Industry Tie-ups

• Identify potential companies for campus recruitment.

• Conduct regular corporate visits for tie-ups and partnerships.

• Maintain employer database and update regularly.

3. Student Training & Grooming Support

• Coordinate soft skills, interview preparation, and personality development sessions.

• Monitor student attendance and training progress.

• Conduct mock interviews and resume-building sessions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain student placement records.

• Prepare monthly placement reports for management.

• Ensure proper documentation of offer letters and joining status.

5. Student Counselling

• Guide students regarding career opportunities.

• Address student concerns related to placements.
