SAP Trainer

We are looking for a SAP Trainer to join our team Technoglobe. The position requires creating design lesson plans and helping students meet their educational and academic goals. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject-focused tutoring sessions.

• Track student progress and share updates regularly.

• Motivate students with constructive feedback.

• Train students in study and exam skills.

• Help students prepare for tests and exams effectively.

• Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment.

• Deliver SAP classroom training in the field.

• Facilitate scheduled lab sessions to support the classroom training.

• Participate in periodic team status updates

• Collaborate with project team members in a positive and constructive manner

• Work closely with the IT SAP Deployment Team and the client site SMEs to understand unique business processes and training needs during the pre-deployment phase (including audience and delivery method analysis)

• Work closely with the RTP Instructional Design Team to adapt training plans/ materials / lesson plans / exercises to best support the pre-deployment training of a particular site

• Deliver instructor lead training as part of a team (lead trainer / co-trainer) or independently

• Develop and execute pre-deployment training schedules in cooperation with the client site to cover all affected roles

• Build data/scenarios in the SAP training client to support hands on exercises

• Coach end users one-on-one as needed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Leadership skills and knowledge of test preparation or special education are very important.
