• Strategic Management:

  Developing strategic plans, managing budgets, driving innovation, and enhancing institutional reputation. 

• Human Resources:

  Leading recruitment, professional development, performance evaluation, and retention of faculty and staff. 

• Student Welfare & Discipline:

  Promoting student success, managing discipline, overseeing counseling, and ensuring a safe, inclusive atmosphere. 

• Governance & Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to rules, policies, and accreditation standards; reporting to governing bodies. 

• Stakeholder Relations:

  Building partnerships with industry, alumni, parents, and external agencies for support, placements, and growth. 

Core Duties:

• Daily Operations: Overseeing class schedules, resource allocation, facility management, and general smooth functioning. 

• Community Building: Inspiring staff, encouraging student leadership, and fostering a positive school culture. 

• Financial Management: Budgeting, financial planning, and diversifying income streams. 

• Reporting: Preparing annual reports, presenting to boards, and ensuring transparency.
