Job Description:

Panchavati School is looking for a dedicated and experienced Headmaster/Headmistress to oversee academic and administrative functions and ensure smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day school activities

• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff

• Ensure proper curriculum implementation

• Maintain discipline and academic standards

• Monitor student progress and teacher performance

• Handle parent communication and school coordination

• Support management in school development

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed (Preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in teaching

• Leadership/coordination experience preferred

• Strong communication and management skills
