🎓 PRINCIPAL – ICSE SCHOOL

Key Responsibilities: • Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school

• Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum

• academic planning and Board examination preparation

• Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff

• Maintain high standards of discipline and student development

• Monitor lesson planning, assessments and academic progress

• Build strong relationships with parents and the school community

• Ensure compliance with CISCE/ICSE rules and school policies

• Lead admissions, staff development and school improvement initiatives

Eligibility & Experience

✅ Postgraduate degree from a recognised university

✅ B.Ed. / equivalent professional qualification

✅ Minimum 5–10 years of teaching/academic leadership experience

✅ Experience as Vice Principal / Principal / Head of School / Senior Coordinator preferred

✅ ICSE/CISCE experience strongly preferred

✅ Excellent communication, leadership and administrative skills

✅ Strong understanding of Board examination processes and school operations
