📚 Teach students from Class 1 to Class 5
🧠 Build strong foundation in basic subjects
🎯 Focus on concept clarity, discipline & overall development

🧩 Key Responsibilities

📖 Teach subjects like English, Maths, EVS, Hindi/Odia
📝 Prepare lesson plans & conduct daily classes
🎨 Use activity-based learning & interactive teaching methods
📊 Assess student performance through tests & assignments
📋 Maintain student records and progress reports
👨‍👩‍👧 Communicate with parents regarding student development
