Role Overview:
The teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for children, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities

• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment

• Monitor and record students’ progress and development

• Ensure safety and well-being of all children at all times

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress

• Manage classroom behavior effectively

• Prepare teaching materials and classroom displays

• Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

• Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children

• Ability to manage and engage a group of young learners

• Basic knowledge of child development and early education

• Relevant qualification (ECCEd / D.Ed / B.Ed preferred)

Additional Expectations:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom

• Work collaboratively with other staff members

• Be punctual and responsible
