Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum.
• Plan and conduct educational activities and lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning.
• Observe and assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage students and promote active learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour positively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
