Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 1 to 3 years, supporting their overall development through engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.

• Teach children through storytelling, rhymes, games, and creative activities.

• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.

• Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and caring manner.

• Observe and assess children's progress and development.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress.

• Organize and participate in school events and celebrations.

• Maintain classroom records and teaching materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (NTT / Montessori / ECCE trained preferred).

• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage).

• Passion for working with young children.

• Creative, patient, and energetic personality.

• Prior preschool experience preferred (Freshers with relevant training may apply).
