Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming & outgoing calls to parents
• Respond to admission enquiries and follow up with leads
• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp and local outreach
• Convert enquiries into school visits and admissions
• Maintain student, enquiry and admission records
• Manage daily administrative activities and documentation
• Coordinate with teachers, parents and management
• Schedule school tours, meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain fee records and admission-related documents
• Support school events, promotions and marketing activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations

✔️ Basic computer knowledge
✔️ Organized and responsible
