Job Title: Play School Teacher / Preschool Teacher
Reports To: Center Director/Principal
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities, including storytelling, games, music, and art, to encourage learning.
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Child Development: Observe and evaluate student progress, identifying developmental milestones and needs.
Nurturing Care: Support emotional growth by promoting social skills, kindness, and building confidence.
Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and daily activities.
Safety & Supervision: Monitor children at all times, including during playtime, snacks, and nap times.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., Diploma in NTT).
Experience: Previous experience working with young children (ages 2-5) in a classroom setting.
Attributes: High patience, creativity, energetic, and a nurturing, loving attitude toward children.
Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), classroom management, and ability to use educational technology.
