Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports their overall growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for toddlers.

• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

• Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based learning.

• Monitor each child's progress and maintain daily records.

• Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize classroom and school events.

• Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Toddler Teacher or Preschool Teacher.

• Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, creative, energetic, and caring personality.

• It is a Full Time గురువు / బోధకుడు job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
