Role

A Preschool Teacher nurtures children aged 2–6 years by creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. The role focuses on early childhood development through play‑based and structured learning, while building strong communication with parents and collaboration with staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Conduct age‑appropriate activities in language, math, art, music, and motor skills.

• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline with warmth, patience, and creativity.

• Child Development: Observe and record progress, adapt teaching methods, and support holistic growth.

• Parent Communication: Share updates, conduct PTMs, and guide parents on extending learning at home.

• Holistic Growth: Encourage social skills, empathy, teamwork, and emotional stability.

• Collaboration: Work with staff to coordinate events, curriculum, and child welfare initiatives.

• Communication skills in English and local language.

• Patience, empathy, creativity, and adaptability.

• Prior experience in preschool or early childhood teaching preferred.
