Pre-School Teacher

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities

- Handle and teach preschool children in a safe, caring and engaging environment.

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities, lessons, rhymes, stories, art & craft and learning activities.

- Develop children's basic academic, social, emotional and communication skills.

- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper hygiene and safety of children.

- Encourage active participation and create a positive learning environment.

- Observe and track children's learning, behaviour and overall development.

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.

- Maintain basic classroom records, attendance and daily activity reports.

- Participate in school events, celebrations, activities and other preschool programs.

- Coordinate with other teachers and management for smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool.

- Ensure proper care and supervision of children throughout school hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Good communication skills and a pleasant, child-friendly personality.

- Passion for working with young children.

- NTT / Montessori Training / B.Ed. will be an added advantage.

- Candidates should preferably be from Kottayam or nearby areas for convenient commuting.

- Responsible, patient, creative and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.

Immediate Joiners / Nearby Candidates preferred.
