• Classroom management: Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Manage student behavior and track attendance and grades accurately.

• Student support: Provide individual support, guidance, and enrichment to students, including those who are struggling or excelling.

• Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with other teachers and staff, participate in meetings, and maintain open communication with parents about student progress.

• Professional development: Stay updated with the latest developments in physics education and teaching methodologies. Participate in professional development opportunities.

• Technology and resources: Utilize educational technology tools and a variety of teaching resources to support instruction.
