Responsibilities
· Handle potential student enquiries via calls, emails, social media, or in-person meetings.
· Conduct onboarding for newly enrolled students, ensuring they are familiar with course structure, learning resources, and timelines.
· Provide prompt resolution to student queries and concerns, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
· Offer counselling support to students when required.
· Coordinate with faculty to schedule and conduct lectures on time.
· Collect, manage, and analyze student feedback forms to improve the quality of programs and services.
· Maintain the data of recorded lectures in an organized and easily accessible format.
· Manage and maintain accurate student documentation and records.
· Assist students with visa processes and documentation when applicable.
· Ensure timely collection of course fee installments.
· Maintain classroom inventories, ensuring availability of required materials and equipment.
· Search and connect with potential student leads on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
· Collaborate with students to identify and provide better academic and career opportunities.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· 6+months of experience in academic coordination, student support, or similar roles.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic IT troubleshooting.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Timing:
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
