Key Responsibilities
Create a warm, joyful, and child-centric learning environment
Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based activities
Support early literacy, numeracy, motor & social skills
Ensure child safety, care, and emotional well-being
Maintain observation records and communicate with parents
Collaborate in school events and early-years initiatives
Eligibility
NTT / ECCE / Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Graduation preferred; B.Ed not mandatory
Experience in Delhi schools is desirable
Excellent communication, patience, and nurturing skills
