We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Instructor to join our Kumon HSR Layout center. The ideal candidate will have strong math proficiency, a passion for teaching children, and the patience to guide students through independent learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and guide students through the Kumon Maths worksheets.

• Observe, record, and support each child’s individual learning progress.

• Provide encouragement and feedback that fosters self-learning and confidence.

• Assist in grading, worksheet preparation, and maintaining student progress reports.

• Support during class sessions, ensuring smooth student flow and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Mathematics, Science, Education, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

• Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to accuracy and a positive, patient attitude.
