Java Full Stack Trainer / Faculty

Location: Thane West, Maharashtra
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have good knowledge of the following:

• Core Java / Basic Java

• HTML

• CSS

• C++

• SQL

• Spring Boot – Basic

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

• Basic database concepts

• Basic web development concepts

• Programming logic and problem-solving

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.

• Teach programming concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.

• Train students on Java, HTML, CSS, C++, SQL, and basic Spring Boot.

• Prepare practical coding exercises, assignments, and projects.

• Help students develop strong programming and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct assessments, coding tests, and mock interviews.

• Track student performance and provide regular feedback.

• Guide students in project development and technical interview preparation.

• Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements.

• Create an interactive and positive learning environment.

🎯 Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of programming fundamentals.

• Good understanding of Java and SQL.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Basic understanding of Spring Boot.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking abilities.

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with students.
